- Sends to Dynamics CRM Custom Entities
- Email tracking and performance for individual sends and campaigns
- Marketing automation with Marketing Cloud emails and workflow templates
- Actions on tracking data from Dynamics CRM through Marketing Cloud Automations
- Smart Capture landing page interactions
- Custom charts and dashboards
Use of the following functions is limited to the MSCRM interactions in Smart Capture forms and other custom landing pages.
